On May 15, 2025, Trustees of Southwestern Medical Foundation, UT Southwestern faculty members, and distinguished guests gathered for the Annual Meeting of the Board of Trustees. Together, we elected Foundation Officers and Trustees, recognized and thanked outgoing Trustees moving to Honorary status, and provided an update on Foundation business.

We were honored to hear remarks from UT Southwestern President Daniel K. Podolsky, M.D., who shared insights on leadership and the shared mission of advancing medical progress. We also celebrated and recognized the 2025 Ho Din Award recipient, Prajwal Gowda, M.D., whose exemplary character, academic excellence, and compassion reflect the highest ideals of the award.
