If you choose to make a gift to the Southwestern Medical Foundation, we may obtain additional information in connection with your donation, including your payment information (such as credit or debit card or bank account number). With respect to planned gifts, we also may collect information such as your Social Security number (where required by law) and estate documentation. If you apply for a job opportunity with Southwestern Medical Foundation, we also may collect your resume (which may include information such as your work experience and education history).
In addition, when you visit the Site, we may obtain certain information by automated means, such as through cookies and web beacons. The information collected in this manner may include browser language, user device, user location, IP address, screen resolution, operating system, service provider and other system settings or information, and your actions taken while browsing a website. We reserve the right to transfer any information we have about you in the event of a potential or actual sale or transfer all or a portion of our organization or assets (including in the event of a merger, acquisition, joint venture, reorganization, dissolution or liquidation).
