Longtime Dallas community leaders Shirley and Bill McIntyre have given $1 million to Southwestern Medical Foundation in support of neuroscience research and clinical care at UT Southwestern, as an expression of their gratitude for the care they’ve received at the Medical Center and their confidence in the quality of its physicians and scientists.

We have great respect and admiration for the wonderful work being done at UT Southwestern and feel very fortunate to have such a fine institution in our community. Our personal experiences at the Medical Center have been top-notch in terms of the quality of care we’ve received, and we are very excited by the level of research being explored.  We are honored to support UT Southwestern and encourage others to do the same.
